2 Stroke's?

Edited Date/Time 1/27/2012 4:06am
I currently ride a yz250f. Today i rode a 2008 ktm 300exc. I loved it. although i think it is too much power difference, how much different from the 300 is a ktm 250sx?

Thanks.

A 250F to a 250 st is still gonna seem like a big power jump, and it is. What didn't you like about the 300's power? If the powerband hit is too strong, you can change springs and a flywheel weight and totally change the characteristics of the bike (same goes for the 250, 200). You may just need to get the 300 or 250 dialed in and you can make it feel a lot more like the 250f, but way better.

Around 30dolls for the spring, rred is stock i think and most off roaders use the green spring. changing and adjing is easy as changing a filter.lol

they make a "300" kit for the 250sx, that way you could have the moto set up suspension, and have the close ration tranny instead of the wide ratio that comes in the exc and xc bike. Just food for thought.
