It was an excellent weekend , the EVO nations class was fantastic , Dowd won all 4 , but had to work hard for it , Bayle was awesome to watch , just lacked outright speed, but still holeshot for fun , a 4 way battle with Dowd , Bayle, Coppins and Brian Wheeler is the stuff that makes the event what it is .

The Washington boys looked like they had fun , nice bikes , and well prepped , good to see it all worked out for them

Excellent racing , great atmosphere , and even though the weather was awful on friday , the track was perfect., and the rain held off pretty much all weekend despite looking like it was going to throw it down.

There is an Australian but I'm thinking it may be another by that name. Not sure of his age but may be too young. Maybe not!

This picture is way too awesome not to share with the world: This caped mad-man is Josh Brookes. He’s a pro road racer hailing from Australia’s New South Wales, who races a Tyco-sponsored Suzuki GSX-R1000 in the British Superbikes Championship. In this photo he’s caught jumping his Gixxer during a race outing at Cadwell Park in eastern England. Although Brookes crashed out of Race 2 after recording a third place podium finish in the first race he’s still a winner in our book!

Yeah it was Josh Brookes the road racer.

Former World and British Superbike racer Chris Walker was also riding, he does a lot of MX events these days.

look at the helmet ........ its a tribute to David Bailey , absolutely awesome , he was talking about it yesterday.

He was also buying a bunch of stuff off a friend of mine in the trade area, to rebuild his first bike , a KX65, which he still owns, a true moto head , who was hauling in the main race. Biggest respect to him for riding so hard, and being an all round decent guy..

Has anyone any idea about the rules? What bikes and riders are allowed? Seems like a 1990 birthday for both bike and rider is out of the question?

Strange to get how some are still fast while others are not. I was thinking Bolley would smoke Bayle because of age, being a more recent champ, instead we have Dowd older than the above, and with less impressive career results smoking them. Occams razor say he's more fit, still racing on a professional level. I guess that's enough.

This really put into perspective how much training, racing one has to do to be competitive, meaning RC that still has this "he would smoke them all" gloria would have to work his ass off again just to be top ten or something.
