Not seeing any of that on my laptop and my anti-virus catches a lot of stuff. Maybe clear your history and cookies, scan for malware and do a sweep with your anti-virus program just in case.

For a malware scan just use Malwarebytes. It's free and does a good job.

This happens fairly often, it’s caused an app or browser hijacker. You can clear your history including cookies and should solve the issue. You can also download a pop up blocker and that will prevent most instances of this.
