Be careful advertising this, selling just a frame with a title is illegal.

since when? I see bike and quad frames for sale all the time around here...You have to pass on the title because the frame has the vin.

a 2002 frame and title would be of much more value. I don't think there's a huge market for a 2000 frame & title, even here in CA.

I wouldn’t mind having a spare frame for my 98 but I don’t think it’s a direct swap. Can anybody else chime in?

New engine in 99, so more than likely different engine and exhaust mounts.

Biggest difference in pipes from 98-99 is that the 99+ has a flange that goes over the cylinder where the 98 fits into the cylinder. From my experience matching them up, the mounts are in the same place.
