I agree this is just stupid. I would not walk on that trail, nonetheless on a dirt bike

C'mon R92, You telling me you wouldn't ride that? I don't believe it. You know you would.

I'd ride that all day before I'd do a triple on a Super-X track. There is a similar trail near Pitkin, CO.

There is? I have ridden Pitkin area a LOT and if there is a trail like that one there I want to find it. The only one I've ridden in that area that even comes close to what that one looks like would be on one of the double top trails near Crested Butte. The shearness of it reminds me of the Alpine Tunnel trail near Pitkin but that's wide enough to drive cars on:

I'd take the triple.

There is no way I'd ride that trail.

Looks almost like they rode around the "Ole man of the mountain" in New Hampshire yet the bikes look newer and the man fell off in 03....Turbo

Ridden many trails like that over the years. Some of the ones I rode in the North Cascades were very dangerous and I was riding a 1969 Greeves Griffon. The key was not to fret or worry. Crossed many a rock slide where the trail was a tire width!!! and the trail returned 30 to 40 feet on the other side.

Single track (hiking trails) up to small micro-wave repeaters high in the mountains, where we had to take two of us to turnt he bike around and go back down!!!

Yes perhaps young and dumb but man was it exciting. It was also good for skill and confidence building.

One thing is obvious. There is no winter thaw there. The least bit of springtime ground settlement and you're as fucked as a day laborer in need of health insurance.

I'd give my left nut to ride that! Plus at 1:26 does he say lets get some Famagio? I love cheese... I would be the perfect riding buddy for these guys.

One of the best riders of these trails fell to his death year before last.

I'm with that...

Gorman, Troy Meadows.... yep been there, done that.

Never have I, nor would I, ever attempt a 70 foot supercross type triple, nope ain't gonna happen. Too old, too scared and too much of a squid.

I've ridden a several hundred yard section like that across a slide, with a path no more than a foot wide. I didn't think much of it until I turned around at the far end of it to ride back across and lost my front wheel off the side. My knee catching the edge of the path was the only thing that kept me from probable death. I doubt I'd feel comfortable walking across something like that now but for some reason sometimes it seems like no big deal to ride across danger.

Done short sections like that, just stand up and keep moving, but, I think I would pass on that trail!

Looks like a mountain bike trail. It must be within his skill range considering that mother 'effer is still alive!
