Now that reminds me of the 80's when guys would ride harder to win, no matter the cost..

Anstie was hauling. Darn good racing.

I forgot...what was it that prevented Anstie from overtaking first? Anyone remember lap times of Anstie relative to the field?

Perhaps a lil payback on Wharton from X-Games last summer when wharton landed on Anstie? Not that i find his move dirty.. just good racing but maybe a lil added incentive.

Finally Antsie looked legit. I was thinking he may be a bust. I know he's young but he's not really put toghether a solid ride until Sat. Looked impressive and hope he keeps it up.

I read some where on here that Ansties' move was on the hard side, after seeing that I'd say it was mild at best..

Awsome to see the kid out there and putting it down Smile

Great moves with the double, to the inside corner cut and take, Antsie earned that one. i kinda felt bad for wharton though, the way he looked like a deer stuck in the middle of a frozen pond. thats where the ice riding training comes in handy, if the rider was smart theyd train on an ice track to build up there balance skills, thats what we do in the off season and its fun as hell.

He's maybe the greatest racer we'll ever see.

Wow!!! That clip made me tic. If I had half the balls... Seriously, anyone with that amount of determination deserves to win.

He was really on fire!
Antsi, Weimer and Willsaps are the only ones to do that big double (I think?).
Great great ride!

Poor Wharton, but Anstie was rippin'! A bit Guy Cooperish, hold it wide and see how far he can jump in a section, I like it. No way that was dirty either.

Silly

Shame on Wharton's mishaps during the main. But really, curse the bloody backmarkers I say! Getting in-between Anstie and his awesome charge.

Jeff Alessi help up Anstie ruining the last few laps of the race. Alessi's always seem to be in the way!

Anstie looked good in the mud. He probably had plenty of experience with it in England.
