head nuts. me and my buddy went to take his head off to look at his cylinder and every damn nut is seized on.
one is rounded off. we soaked them in pb blaster, torched them, used a chisel to try to hammer them off to no avail
those nuts havent been touched in at least five years. any suggestions?
inb4 "why hasnt your head been off in 5 years" he bought it and the owner before left it in a shed untouched since 08.

You can get a tungsten carbide bit for a dremel at Home Depot that will remove pretty much any metal, even hardened steel.

As for your siezed nuts, maybe you should use Mrs Palmer more often.
Let it hammer in the direction of removal. Pull the trigger easy with the straight cut chisel in.
Very good tool,it will usually shake it loose,if not you can cut the nut in half.
