I've looked everywhere and i can't find any info. Does anyone know the weight of shock oil that comes stock with this shock? Im looking to do a fluid change and can't find any info on this.
thanks
You need an oil with a 'high viscosity index' , means it doesn't thin out too much when it gets hot. You want an oil with an ISO (lnternational Standards Organization) weight of 11.0 (Bel Ray HVI-3) or 15.0 (Ohlins shock oil).
All oils have an ISO rating, just go to their online 'data sheet', SAE 5w type ratings are old school and not exact.
