Ha! That's what they get, I'm glad he made them look like the idiots they are! They should be checking all the bikes, but we know they won't. I guess word got out.

I would like to see them tear down some of the big names before a privateer on a underpowered 2stroke. The AMA has become the biggest joke in the series

This proves something right here.

I think all of us, the AMA and Renner know his ride this weekend will have no effect on the championship or even result in a podium.

It is one thing to handicap the lighter faster machine as they have done, but a whole other thing to also stack all the rules against them (fuel, homologlation, weight, contracts, marketing, support), then continue to bully every last one to total elimination on top of it?

So what is it the big 4 are so scared of that they have to try and squash anything 2 stroke even at the fun level? Are they really that intimidated that they had to legitimize him or his little 125 as a threat by even acknowledging he was there let alone CHECK his bike!?

Thanks AMA and big 4 for raising Project Renner to the next level!

This just gets better by the minute! Loving this whole thing. Donations well spent I say.

We need an all out boycott of the AMA. How awesome would it be if we could somehow stop at least half of their funding until the petition is passed?

That's pretty damn stupid considering they are one of the only organizations who fight to keep tracks and trails open all over the country.

Thats awesome. Reminds me of the old saying "just wanted to see how far I could pull a jackass without a rope". Seems like they played right into what he had going all along. Whether he intends it as a joke on them or to raise awareness of how unfairly two strokes are treated under the current AMA rules, it's still funny shit that they bit on it and ran with it.

Best part is that he was just jerking their chain saying it was a 144 in the first place. Laughing

I think you are giving them a little too much credit. How many tracks have they stepped up for?

He openly admitted to running a big bore, why on earth wouldnt the ama immediately look into it?

So the AMA is dumb for not checking him in the 1st place then they brag about it on the Web and now the AMA is dumb for checking it ?

Exactly what's the fucking problem besides the 2 stroke Nutz are insane ? no offense to actual nuts.

I haven't heard of many tracks being protected.... but my point is, the AMA is more than just pro sx and mx police. If you live on the east coast you have to be a member to ride any AMA sanctioned track, which is pretty much all of them. So a boycott is not really on option.

Because either way he's not gaining an advantage over the 250f's and it's a waste of time. It's like cops pulling someone over for going 2 mph over the speed limit. Technically it's breaking the rules but so minor as to be pointless.

Because his bike was still severely underpowered against the 250f four strokes.

Good thing I'm racing a 125 this weekend. Just funny that with all the bikes out there I get picked out on a 2stroke. Didn't even know it was possible without an actual protest unless the illegal parts were visible.. Example being an athena cylinder. But I guess AMA can just take apart any bike at any time. Maybe they should do it more often then once in.... Ever?.. Lol

Oh well, the AMA just has a funny way of showing affection.

Renner, I hope to come by your pit area tomorrow if possible.

Damn the AMA for singling out a guy who admitted to breaking the rules and running a big bore on a puplic board.

I think in this case, its not the AMA that were the dumb ones.

More like damn the AMA for falling for that gag, hook, line and sinker. LMFAO. Wonder if they felt stupid after figuring out it is actually a 125cc.
