I'm surprised they don't have a master cylinder-brake line-caliper assembly pre-bled and ready to throw on.
Another thing that we did in sports car racing was have Staubli no-fluid-loss dry-break fittings on the caliper. You could put these on the master cylinder and caliper, and have a brake line fitted with them and pressurized with fluid. Pop off the dry-breaks without tools and change the line in seconds.
