That one of Chisolm is awesome, and I am sure it does it little justice to actually being on the bike. That is why I find it so comical when people watch on TV and can say what the top guys should or shouldn't be doing.

That is a great advertisement for GoPro. Thanks for posting that.

There should be some onboard shots during the Speed, race coverage if they can do that, it would be way cool

Yeah that Chisolm one is one of the most realistic ones I have seen to show how it is out there. Very good video. Those starts are just freakin mayhem.

I know they've been working on some wireless cams. Currently, stopping to download memory cards during the coverage might be a bit problematic. Wink

As far as the footage, it shows how relentless the obstacles are. There's nowhere to hide, and nowhere to rest.

I think supercross has been tamed down quite a bit lately, A2 was gnarly for sure, but the rest of them didn't look to bad.

Anybody has a different angle? At 1:25 is looks like Grant tried to stuff Jeff. Not sure if it is the angle, or the camera deforming things (the go-pro look like they have a bit of a fish eye effect at the edge) If that's the case though, it is no wonder Jeff looked behind and closed the door. I bet most people would do the same in that situation.

Very happy to see that some understand just how good these guys are.

Makes it easy to realize how they truly risk their lives every time they line up.
Modern day Gladiators for sure.
There is no sport that even comes close. Pure badasses!

X100. I've always thought that any rider that qualifys for the night show is gnarly.

If you ever run into one of those "oh MX is easy, the bike does all the work" idiots, show them this video.

I wish I had half their skills to have more fun with my bike, but going that fast, no way. I'm too old and think too much now, I would probably shit my pants ha ha!! Plus It keeps the magic alive... Wink

I have never raced a pro national, but I have raced Loretta Lynns a few times and I had my wife watch the Unadilla video of Georke and said, "this is EXACTLY what it looks like to get a bad start at a big race. " I even made sure she knew that all of the rattling sounds in the video are rocks and dirt hitting him in the head. (helmet)

The Go Pro videos are amazing. So realistic its crazy.
