will be better without stewie, maybe now we can see a 2 or 3 way battle for first. The guy is amazing on a bike but watching him win by 50 plus seconds doesnt appeal to me. 2009 will rock!!!

That what makes the GPs so exciting , its so unpredictable. So far there has been 9 different winners in the mx1 class. I agree stewie is awesome but boring to see him win all the times. That is where i think the GPs are the most exciting series over the amercian series. I dont think villo will dominate on the 450, he will see the ground alot if he doesnt control his wild all out style, the 450 is a whole different beast.

If Villopoto does not have some hiccups next year I will be surprised. Every person who moves up has trouble adapting.

Glad Stewart is gone.
Sorry but it's time to call a spade a spade.

It's time for a new embassador of the sport of motocross to step up like RC, Stanton, Ward, Johnson, ETC.

RV might be the guy. Does not seem like a sx only guy who would turn his back on the nationals to work part time for the money.

The hiccups will be indoors.

Outdoors they'll be smoothed out and he'll be checked out.

Hopefully his indoor hiccups won't sideline him for the outdoors.

BT should win the title next year if fit on that new honda he is proven on big bikes outdoors and his smooth style will suit them. C Pourcel should win the lites too.... GP riders taking over in the states again....

Not quite. Dungey and Alessi or Reed if he races.

Rockstar/Makita Suzuki sweep next year.

Why wouldn't James be the "ambassador" of the motocross sport? He was the next guy next to Ricky when Ricky retired. Looks to me, that you have a race issue.

Yep, once again the fastest riders in the world want to compete in the premire series in the world.

Hopefully Pourcel can be in the mix with Dungee, Canard, Izzy, etc. The more the merrier up front. Isn't there a second top MX2 rider heading over the pond to do battle here next year?

I have no doubt that Ben has tremendous skills on a bike, but he'll need to be healthy in order to compete for a championship. Based on what we saw this year, however, a healthy #800 seems very well poised to end up with #1 at the end of 09'.

The last two MX2 champs will be doing MX1 GP's next year. I think you mean to say the second fastest.
