Anybody running them yet? How do you like them?

Keefer did a podcast on them. If you haven't heard it yet, I'd suggest checking it out. Sounds like they work pretty similarly to the MX3S with less chunking.

Two rides on a 33 rear and it performs like the 3s. Rode harder packed and minimal wear so hopefully they hold up better. Buddy has a front and says no knobs have cracked off and he rides mostly hard packed.

I concur with keefer’s observations and test.

I never had any issues with knobs cracking off the 3s at 14psi but they did seem to wear fast. I'll be trying the 33 next.

Love mine. Have around 15 hours on them and holding up great! Can run them about a pound under what I did the 3s

The front MX33 gained some weight over the MX3S.

Just came off exclusively running 3S for 2 years. I have 4 rides on my 33s now. I've used them at 4 tracks: Area 51 (dry, hard, some large rocks) Broome Tioga (rocky/hard), Thornwood (sandy), Frozen Ocean (dry/hard).

They seem to like lower pressure than the 3S due to harder sidewall (I would usually settle around 13.5-14 psi. On the 33 I'm at 12). Definitely a different front tire feel than the 3S too, I seems like you can be more aggressive with handlebar input before midcorner washout, but you feel it as pushback on the bars. I thought the initial lean in was vague the first ride on it, but now don't notice it. At first I didn't like it much, but now that I'm adjusted I think it's better.

I haven't chunked any knobs yet, but I have noticed more edge wear than I saw with 3S on the rear tire, with lots of little cuts from rocks and whatnot. Typical damage for central NY rocky dirt, but just seemed like the 3S held an edge a little longer? May be too early to tell how fast it progresses.

Overall a positive review, and seems to be at least on par, if not better than the 3S.

We switched from 3s's to 33's on 2 bikes. My son has liked them on both bikes, 250f and 450f. We have about 7 hours on the 450 tires and they look good, edges are holding a bit better than the 32s IMO. We raced at Lake Sugar Tree this weekend, even in the harder places the 33 hooked up great!

The front does seem to have a different feel, as Keefer reported. Oh and we are running 13.0 psi as recommended by Keefer!
