nice CMC sticker !

S
Where? I always like the CMC logo. It brings out good feelings when I see it. I know that sounds corny but those were good times.

It always represented the best racers. Just that whole era from the early to late 70's was good in the sport.

Without Griffs Leathers, none of us would be wearing mx pants with attached boot gators!

Oh wait....none of us are.

A joke from me, too!! Preschool . . . nudge, nudge.

The B rider comment was to Bob; there are some sick "Champ" sticker collections out there.

Awesome... I haven't seen a Sierra MC Prod sticker till I was in the Toyota "Legends" area at Millville, they had one of Danny's Marushin helmets on display and the visor sticker was from SMCP. I worked there in '83. Cool.

By the way Toyota, thanks, that was a real nice display you put together.

All those stickers remind me of my buddy's kitchen table. Near all of those and more are on his table. He is seriously core when it comes to moto. No girlfriend though... Imagine that.

Nice collection, DC might have you covered, but I can't think of many that have that kind of stash, sealed in a photo album too, good idea.

Good stuff, FTE! I look at all the old school pictures and think of the knowledge we have here and I can't help but think we need to find some way to document all this stuff for the next generation of motocrossers. We pretty much grew up in the infancy of American Motocross and have very valuable info for future motofreaks

Wow! That sure does bring back memories. I think I had about 80% of those at one time or another but I was just a kid and I stuck them everywhere!

Thanks for sharing FTE!

Same for me except for the Hangtown and stuff like that.
We put all of the stickies we got on our bikes even if we didn't use Klotz. LOL

Super Rat would not approve of any of this.

We use to get tons of return envelopes from Mexico, teachers teaching the kids english writing, I have to think there are a1000's of stickers down there from the 70's & 80's, I know I mailed a handful out ha

Damn, awesome collection you have there Mike.

I had an old school Fridge (Grandma's) that I stickered up. Even though it gave up the ghost I almost kept it just for the stickers! Woohoo

That's the trouble with stickers: where do you stick them that will still be around to see them years later? I could never bring myself to slap that big Twin Air DeCoster sticker on anything, it was too cool.

Garage fridge's are good, but I'm thinking the roll away tool box is the prime real estate for stickers.

I have dupe's of a some of the smaller ones, but sometime around 80 I just decided to put everything I had at least one of in the albums. There's a few more that I didn't shoot photos of because they weren't that special or interesting.

The smaller Hangtown ones were given to amateur day entries.

Glad folks enjoyed them!
