i currently have and had a private practice track in upstate south carolina. I want to go public and am in need of a partner. I own the 30 acres or so the track is on plus the surrounding 220 acres. Noise and neighbors are not an issue. I have 2 water trucks and necessary tractors and implements. I have a motorcycle dealership and have no time to put towards this effort. What town are you in? I'm in the Charlotte area, used to ride at TNT quite a bit before it shut down, I'd like to have another track around the way to ride at (besides Club MX, of course).
