The term “Lites” has gone away, unfortunately for you, the other two things you mentioned haven’t.

That drives me towards insanity.

Please, please stop using that word.

Agree, but then I still say Des Nations, and some times 500’s referring to MX 1

YES thats it. I thought it was a great idea and I bought 24 of them in different colors to sell. People must not wanted to know if the helmet may have been damaged in a crash because only a few ever sold.

They were and are a great idea. From a cosmetic standpoint, the big design flaw was the overwhelming warning label. They should have left the written directions off of the device. Does that helmet still have the size sticker and approval certifications sticker on it? Do people leave any of the warning labels on their bikes? Heck no.

Rim decals are still around in some form. Tomac's bike has them, MCR as well.

Hey, it’s the only car that can go over a speed bump going 55. What’s the point of buying insurance if you don’t use it?

And I hear it on the Supercross broadcasts sometimes...Ricky or Emig says it and I want to scream.

Why they couldn't have just used MX2 and SX2 in the first place is beyond me...I blame that Steve...whatever his last name was...the AMA racing director guy.

Brian Deegan has a tramp stamp? LOL

Those fins on the back of helmets were badass and still are. They just kind of build them into the helmets now vs adding them on.

Those baggy ass moto pants for like metal mulisha or some shit was dumb as hell.

HATED those baggy moto pants, those guys always seemed to be the worst riders too. I'll have to admit I was always cutting my jersey sleeves in summer though like Vohland. Wasn't really for looks, just felt really good on my arms.

I don't think the leg deal is/was a fad besides Bogles leg swag, I think it's a natural movement that happens. I see riders do it all the time.

Not gone, but on the way: SX tracks with 2 main triples.

Last lap celebrations where the riders point at the crowd like Jeremy used to + (though I'm not an fmx fan) the can can - I think Ezra was the last to bust out one of those.

Anyone remember when they used to play music on the gate, like Queen's 'We Will Rock You'?
