Don't EVER drink one right before a moto, LMFAO! I tried it ONCE and rode like an out of control beginner lunatic with my eyes bulging out to my goggle lens! Wouldn't have been so bad, but it was in the OVER 50 class!

I love it. Love it, love it. I quit all of that stuff, but will casually have an 8oz redbull No sugar (silver can) and just enjoy the hell out of it.

Then again, I WAS a caffeine junky.

drank to rockstars before doing a video shoot with my band. big mistake.....concentration level went to shit almost immediately lol. cant imagine bouncing around a track in that state.

Love the regular monster, but dont drink it much. I can drink one on the way home after work, sit down on the couch and fall asleep ,not intending to.

I used to feel really sluggish around the same time every day, about 2-3pm, and would get a RedBull as a pick me up on the way home after work so I could get stuff done at the house, too. I started taking a basic multi-vitamin every day about 3 months ago and that sluggish feeling disappeared after a couple days. It's not a huge rush like you get with an energy drink. It's just an all day keep it moving type energy. Only had maybe 2 RedBulls since when I get a craving for that blueberry one. It just tastes awesome.

I drink a 12oz redbull or two a day.
I noticed no difference ever, I just enjoy the taste.

Rockstar Pure Zero is pretty good (but not before riding) No sugar. No calories.

No, I won't touch any of those "energy" drinks. Not only are they terrible for you, but I don't like the image that monster has given the sport to be honest, so I'm definately not going to buy their crap. I wish this sport wasn't so dependent on their sponsorship, but for now it's what we got.

I don't really like energy drinks because they make me really jittery. The only that I "like" is RedBull, and I haven't had one in several years. Coffee, however....

About 5 years ago I'd grab a reg Monster on the way to work where it is fast paced phones, walk in customers, vendors, employees etc for 9 to 10 hrs a day. I started to notice that I could not fall asleep at night.. Had to stop the daily habbit all together. Now once every few months I will grab a 12oz full strength Redbull to sip on over 3 or 4 hours while at work and enjoy every minute of it. But that's about it.

If you google energy drinks and stomach cancer you will read some bad stuff.

I love me monster energy's but I go through phases where I won't have any for up to 2 months and other times when I'll have 1 every few days, but I know they have a shit load of sugar in the normal ones so that's the main reason I try not to drink em

I do like their symbol/emblem and the fact that I am a Kawi boy fits together well but I like the taste over the rest of em

That's pretty scary stuff. Of course I didn't find any actual studies on it because the energy drinks are so new but found a lot of people talking about stomach cancer being linked to energy drinks. If I had any stock in any energy drink companies I would get out before the shit hits the fan! (Paging RV)
