I'm sure this has been discussed but..

I saw this KTM on Facebook today. I"m wondering if these plastics are attainable. I did a google search but came up empty.

I remember the blue Tuf Racing KX125's. Bought all blue plastics for my 92 KX125, had plans but sold it shortly after to come up with downpayment money on a house. That Katoom looks good.

lol good point. I honestly didn't even thing of that. (punches self in face)

I only ask because I'm planning on a 17 c350 or c450 but if they don't come with air forks I"ll end up with a KTM.. but I HATE orange...

I'd rather go Husky though to match my two smoke.

I believe some folks got polisport to do a run of blue a few years ago and probably a trip to KTM Talk and other boards might marshall enough people to gin up another order for the newer body work. I doubt a plastics group would have done it on spec if you haven't turned them up already.

KTM actually had a limited run of the 200 EXC model several years ago in blue - I think it was based on the original Jackpiner enduro bike. I like the blue a lot.

No Worries bro, those light blue KTM shops have been floating around for a few years Smile .

You could go all black or white on a KTM and completely change the look. BUD racing is running an all black KTM 126 with black/green graphics to make it look like a Kawi. Also, Acerbis does some wierd flo plastic colors from time to time if that's your thing...

I can't stand black plastics, personally.
That appears to have yellow sides and fenders with black shrouds. that looks pretty good though!

I always wondered why you can order a bike direct in the color you want. Not sure if it would profitable anyway since Everytime dirtbike riders go to buy a bike we try to skimp it down to the cheapest out the door price

That^^^^^

Reminds me of this. (And how I wish they were still being produced, and the 200)

Yup, I believe that was for their 30th anniversary, which means that 2017 will be the big 50 year anniversary! It'd be sweet if they did another edition like it

A few years ago I got the bright idea that I wanted to recreate the white/mint green with the red check mark. I ended up designing a pretty close remake. I had a few spots that looked a little "eh" because that was the first kit I ever designed from scratch and I left out the bike size, but they still looked pretty cool. Never made it onto a bike though, I've actually still got these tucked away in the closet.

Sometime early last year I got bored one night and started putting it on a newer KTM template but never finished it...

My dad had a 91 300MXC and I just always thought the white/mint green/red was a cool combo. 91 had the checkmark graphics like what I re-made, then 92 the graphics had a big K with "team" underneath it. Jeff Russell actually still has his National Enduro championship 91 250EXC in the garage here at the Racer Productions office!

Yep. 1997

My buddy has one, still brand new, never even had gas in it.

Even more rare were the Green Six Days 125's that KTM made. I think 5 or 6 were ever produced.
