Doesnt everyone keep their bike in their bedroom? Haha I guess its what happens when you dont have a garage.
Side note..im trying to decide between white front and rear with yellow shrouds and tank or if I should pony up and go full white with tank. Thoughts?

Tires and fork seals next. Then send motor to eric gorr for top to bottom rebuild. You guys think its worth the money to send it to him? Ive heard its only like 600 bucks.

i shower with mine all the time bro
Good luck to you....I feel for you big time.
I worked at Long Beach Motorsports for 5 years in parts to help pay the bills and one day off I laid a tarp down in my bedroom and did a complete top end rebuild in my bedroom.....didnt mess anything up and it was funny as hell. We would bring girls home and they would always want to pose on the bikes just because they were there and have their pictures taken ....Oh man I wish I was that young again it was a riot.
on topic, I did the exact same thing when I went to a out of town race. My car & trailer got stolen that night, but didnt give a shit because I still had the bike & gear in the room.
as far as the OP situation, i see no issues there lol. eric gorrs price is $600 for labor only? or parts and labor? OEM crank components or at least the pro x equivalent? i always do my own work, but $600 for parts and labor and not having to work on the bike inside an apartment might just be worth it.
Haha nah im just kidding man.
I bet your buddies were blown away by the top end build in your room.
