I see husky still wont give us the info we need on the outdoor season..... good call by husky giving him the extension though...
"Last year Osborne announced that he’d move up to the 450 Class for Lucas Oil Pro Motocross instead of defending his title. In the announcement today, Husqvarna said he will “be aboard the FC 450 in the near future.” We’ve heard that Osborne could remain in the 250 Class this summer, but this press release doesn't confirm or deny that rumor. He will point out of 250SX after this year."

I think we're going to get a few interesting announcements after the SX season...
The Shop
Just thinking about it a little, they already have two solid guys in the 450 class with Wilson and Anderson. Zach's the defending 250 champ, and Michael Mosiman would be their lone 250 guy. He's already missed several races this year while recovering from head injuries.
While it would be good for Zach to get his start in the 450 class this summer, having a solid presence in the 250 class is also not a bad plan. If he's leading after a few rounds, maybe he stays in the class. If he's not in contention (or clinches early), bring out the 450.
Yes, go on. We're listening.
Is there any chance that an existing guy move over to take Tickle's spot at KTM if (big IF) he is unable to compete moving forward? I'm not sure how closely these 2 teams run with each other. Maybe Wilson moves to KTM and Osborne moves up alongside Anderson?
Again, I think Husky would do well to keep Osborne on the 250 and have a legit shot at both titles.
So when Zach was 25 years old, Austin would have just been getting off Minis practically or just getting on his first big bike as he would have been 15-16 years old.
Zach should have already been in the 450 class by that age lol
To each their own.
Just sayin....
Pit Row
Unless they draft a TLD up to 450 , someone needs to fill that second KTM seat, Dungey is done , and i already have a ride ... who else do you put on it.
Again if i'm Mr Rockstar Energy i'm not sure i care to much that Husky is owned by KTM. I'm not giving up one of my 2 450 riders to go across to a rival energy drink brand to help them out. And i'm sure as shit pushing for Osborne to run that number 1 plate in the 250's, especially given the quality of rider they have to back him up on that team. Sorry to say it but if Zacho doesn't ride the little bike i cant see a white bike anywhere near the podium outdoors.
