high point coverage

can someone tell me how long until the racing starts please? going to try and finish work and get back in time for it, can be a little confusing with timezones etc for us euros

What's even more confusing is that they do 250 practice first, then 450. But the races are 450 races first, then 250.
At least that's what I've read
