Stupid question.. Is there a dead line the teams have to have their riders obligated to a certain coast? Or basically can run East as long as no points earned during first few West coast rounds?

Not a stupid question at all! We battle with this EVERY YEAR when trying to establish an accurate Rider List for the Fantasy SX Series. The answer is YES, there is a deadline, and it is 14 days prior to a scheduled round. However, our sport rarely if ever enforces this rule. In addition, a rider may register for multiple classes and/or regions (thus, why we always see ALL PC riders listed for A1), although, a rider may only ride one coast.

We just never truly know who is racing in what class or coast until it becomes more clear at A1. Nonetheless, I do expect (hope for) a first draft rider pre-entry list in the few days.

I'm not sure if y ou are insulting me or not there,, Can you be more clear in that regard?

Just a tentative list would suffice, I will put my own asterisk by the name of who mighť be at high risk for fragility.

Thanks DW,

I was hoping Webb would run east. List still looks good though, Vince will keep it exciting.

Your FC rookies are right. Hampshire is racing west and Smith has to race east (he doesn't even have his SX license yet, so he has to do the first couple AX rounds to get it)

Hill is definitely west with Musquin east.

I could have sworn one of the Star racing guys told me Plessinger is doing west with Rodriguez going east.

As for FC, Bisceglia was supposed to go West, but I'm not 100% sure on that since they hired Malcolm Stewart.

Nope. Not insulting at all. Was a legit question. And ProMotoFan answered it for me. Thank you ProMoto.
