Who has an alpinestars neck brace and what is your chest protector setup... under or over.. I was about to buy the new TLD 5900 chest pro but the new TWMX says it is not compatible .. anyone have that set up?

Hey ND983 I use a Alpinestar BNS with a TLD clear chest pro. I had to make my own straps that attach to the shoulder straps to the back plate as I'm a big dude and it would not cover my back. I put my BNS on first followed by my chest pro it sits on top of the BNS and keeps it in place. It is a good fit for me I don't have any problems with it while riding. Hope this helps out my brother!!!

I know of four customers at one of my shops that wear the Alpinestar brace with the TLD Shockdoctor chest pro so not sure why Transworld would say it's not compatible. No mods needed and it fit's perfect. Shockdoctor really did their homework and the fit and protection is amazing. Hope this helps.

I looked all last year and could not find one. This troy lee one looks pretty good though. Its the same price as the Astars one though so what do you do?

I use the Astar brace with my 661 CP and it fits perfectly...both are small

thanks sky king.. i think i'll go ahead and order the TLD shock doctor now.. i just like how many options it has and everyone says its pretty much unnoticeable under a jersey
