To listen to music? You obviously don't ride a smoker. Whistling (sorry couldn't resist)

I dig the Klipsch earbuds in other cases, while riding I use ear plugs to reduce the noise despite valves or not since I'm pretty sure it's bad for your hearing in the long run. I think exercise make our hearing/senses extra vulnerable for damage, because of extra blood flow (can't remember the detail), just take it easy with the volume.

shure se series, westone's or etymotic research,

they will actually block some sound and give you a worthwhile sound presentation.

skull candy / bose / beats are all garbage.

Try these. I use them for running. I've tried many earbuds over the years for running and these are the best ones yet.
Never fall out and sound pretty good. Once you find the correct plugs for your ears they cut out a lot of noise.
The price is really good too.
Good luck!

Also, for phones and iPods, duct tape them to either your leg or stomach. I do this so that it doesn't float around and break.

A sena would probably be your best bet. Not sure why you would want to listen to music.

I use an armband holder wrapped between the bar and the crossbar. Works great for gps logging too.

Take a look at the SPlugs. They are very comfortable.
