Yesterday I got a "reminder" email from them that I had not used my $45 credit.....I had trouble logging on, but I emailed them back for assistance and within 24 hrs got a response.....

That could be why. When I bought my 14 450 it took about 2 months before I could register it. But the website also says 2018 or newer YZ/WR models.
