I have a polar vantage m I use for lap times and for fitness tracking.

Code MOTO15 is from Mathes and gets you 15% off. I love the watch.

I’ve been using the Apple Watch; but, I’ve broken 2...
One in Baja (warrantied: screen just popped off)
One 2 weeks ago at Pala (appears to have been hit by a rock/roost: replaced with the new 6)

Good for tracking my vitals and lap-times if you’ve got a good app.

Just purchased one during their Black Friday sale based off suggestions here in another thread a couple weeks ago.

So far seems cool, looking forward to using it with the lit pro app once riding resumes.

I've had both the Apple watch and the Polar Vantage M. I prefer the Polar. It's better for moto and fitness than the Apple.

I just bought my boy a Garmin Vivoactive 3. No use yet but I think it will give the options wanted without being crazy expensive.

Does count laps on its own or do you have to physically lap the watch?

I use the litpro app and it does it automatically with the watch. It’s truly bad ass. You need an iPhone for the app.

I believe the watch will do lap times on its own without the app as well but not positive as the app is easy to use and is very cool.

So do you have to have the phone on you while riding as well, or just pair it with the watch and it'll sync when you get back to it?

Thanks for the code! Just ordered one.

When you get text or call notifications does it show you the name or number of the sender, or does it just give you an icon to let you know you received a text/call/email. I hate having to take my phone out of my pocket while riding to see who is calling.

What app are you using on the apple watch?

It will show you who sent the message/ who is calling. If you don’t have private notifications it will also show you part of the actual message aswell just like the screen of your iPhone

I love the Apple Watch, but not because it's great for Moto. If you want to buy a single device, I would use the Polar Vantage M. It works pretty well with LitPro app (and does not require hardware).

I use the Apple Watch, Polar chest strap, and the LitPro XGPS unit.

I bought a Garmin Fenix 5 Sapphire two years ago on black friday. I’ve had 0 issues and I only take it off when I go to sleep. I really recommend putting in that little extra for the Sapphire glass. It takes a pounding at work, at the track doing motos and mountain biking and the glass is still as good as new.

Polar comes with a 2 year warranty on the watch and a 1 year warranty on the band from date of activation on the app...I believe Garmin is only 1 year.....I have never used Garmin products so I can’t weigh in on them. But I do know the 2 year warranty is a selling point on the Polar!

Having both Garmin and Polar... wrist hrm way too erratic on both brands and no better than Fitbit in my opinion. Navigation on Garmin and Polar also seems clunky and not very intuitive...Lousy battery life too. Good number of positive reviews though.

I just downloaded the Litpro mx app and connected it with my polar account. So the next time when I sync to my polar app it goes automatically to the Litpro app?

Can some of you post some screenshots from the Litpro app using a Polar Vantage M Smartwatch ? Seriously thinking of buying one but I'd like to see the final result on the app if possible !

Many thanks and merry Christmas !
