as an American motocross enthusiast, I live in somewhat of a bubble, so it's cool to see whats going on internationally, outside of MXGP.

No, not a professional. There are some plans to start as a semi professional, but not only motocross then.
Sadly enough no american riders this year. I sure enjoyed the video of the viewing last year.
