What is a sprint enduro?
our club put on our first one this year..
basically in a nut shell, you have 2 loops (test) - one tighter woods, the other more open fast with some motocross aspects to it. You run one a lap, 15 mins later (not sure one exact time) then line up to run the other test once the last rider finished. Repeat 4x i believe.Our loops were about 6-8 miles each i believe.Lowest time combined wins.
They have you leave in 15-20 sec intervals off a starting grate.
as a club it was a lot of work marking 2 courses (they cant cross), but was overall fun to work and watch.

Sprint Enduro's are fun. Anyone who likes racing dirt bikes should race one.
If you are on the East Coast, check out Jason Hooper's Full Gas Sprint Enduro. He and his wife are good people.
