I am sure that the synergies we will generate will be of great benefit for all properties we represent.”

GPs have more rounds every year. Lots of new markets. Supercross has has some TV growth, lots of social media growth of Moto in general.
I used to watch it by myself.. now It’s always groups of us watching,
Meanwhile most other sports are having large declines
He is the nephew of Sepp Blatter.

Daddy & Son still running it.
A Blatter must be the worst possible owner of International motocross one could possibly imagine and just goes to confirm the lack of integrity (and complete disregard for the sport) demonstrated by Giuseppe Luongo.
''Fifa criticised after TV rights handed to Sepp Blatter's nephew
Anti-corruption campaigners Transparency International have called on Fifa to be more open about potential conflicts of interest following the governing body's decision to award a TV deal to a company led by a relative of president Sepp Blatter.
Fifa announced yesterday it had appointed Infront Sports and Media to handle the sale of World Cup TV rights in a number of Asian countries for the 2018 and 2022 tournaments.
But they failed to disclose the president of Infront is Philippe Blatter, the Fifa president's nephew.''

I don't see how this makes any sense? I mean, these guys sold some TV rights for football in the UAE region and maybe they have some opportunities there.. I just dont see how MXGP fits in with these guys, and why would they buy the whole damn thing? I mean the MXGP brand is more like a steaming turd about to fall of a giant cliff than some hot property that in the right hands "can be just as profitable and global as Motogp". If that's what they are envisioning, good luck to them.
Looking at their case studies I guess we can expect a mascot almost as cool as "Cooly the Cow" (not even joking..) to come our way. My pitch is "Mofo-the moto douche" , your welcome Mr. Blatter.
There must be a lot to this deal I am not seeing because as a buyer these guys look sooooo out of place. I'm thinking they were had by Mr. Luongo. who knows. Curious to see how this will develop.
I hope his uncle's habits don't run in the family.
