What’s the track(s) you love riding and racing the most?

I have to favourites, both in the southwest of Western Australia, first is Norseman motocross track, it’s wide open, technical in places, fun, dirt is unreal and has held up well through the years!

Second is the Manjimup/Cosy creek circuit, the atmosphere, track lay out, combination of hard pack and sand, has uphill and downhill sections and is just a blast to ride!

I'm 75 miles from Millville so it's my favorite because I get to ride and race it a lot!. It has it all, Big elevation changes, mixed soil types, deep ruts, huge braking bumps, Floaty jumps, infamous sand wash and awesome owners, camping and overall facility! Red Buddddd is my 2nd favorite..

Red Bud. Cliche i know but it’s 2 hours from the chicago suburbs and the track is great for racing. Passing all over the place

Washougal. With all the memories of me and my dad, to the memories I am making there with my kids. We absolutely love the place. Huffmans are good people as well.

Lake Whitney TX was the best track I ever rode.

As a fun practice track - LACR in SoCal

As a racetrack -Desertmatin Motocross track in Ireland. Slightly biased because I live 10 mins from there.
Anyone remember when Mike Alessi rode the MXGP in 2005? That was Desertmatin!

|

4/14/2020 11:25 PM

Cahuilla, LACR and the Helen for sure. Can't wait until they're all open again! Glen Helen on race day is probably the best track, on practice days its different but still a ton of fun.

Desertmartin is on my bucket list for sure. Place looks insane. Is that where Pourcel had his injury in 2007?

If it can't be fixed with a hammer, it's an electrical problem.

I'll throw in another vote for Millville, mostly cause it's the only National caliber track within a 2 hr drive for me.

4/15/2020 11:00 AM

The Oatfield when it's on is amazing. Ditto Hangtown and Washougal. Mountain View MX in Sandy is a fun roller coaster. Glen Helen. No start or first turn like that anywhere. So many good tracks.
