Easy question,

What was your favorite bike and why?

What were you most comfy on?

Yamaha 60 Mini Enduro. Many years ago it started a life long love affair.

1998 KX250. To this day, I’ve never felt better on a bike that was completely stock.

small wheel 07 Crf150r, That Bike was an snotty little bastard. I remember taking it to Glamis and people were double taking at it when I started it up. Close second was my 09' Yz450f. I wish my KTM could turn like that 09'.

I’ve had TTR125l, crf150r, 2005 yz125, 2011 yz250
And ridden a 2006 cr125
Yz250 is my favorite, cr125 least favorite (great handling, shit engine) crf150r broke the most.

This one above. Had one of the last cylinders Mitch Payton did for Rick Ryan on it. And revalved shock/fork that worked well. Just a fun bike and a fun time in my life. Towed it with a small trailer behind a VW bug when I was a broke student. To this day a few people give me crap about the trailer behind the bug. It's all I had though... or could afford. LOL

1997 yz 125. Broad power for a 125 and just a great handling bike. I rode more aggressively on that bike than any other. I actually jumped stuff haha.

2009 yz450f. Smooth power and fantastic suspension.
Agreed. Had a new 07 . Rode it for a 150 trouble free hrs. Bought an 09 in the summer of 15. Had 1 hr on it. Rode and raced that bike till last Feb. Took a trip to California. Raced an rem race . Was stolen out of my trailer in palm springs. Along with a new ktm 350. I raced the 09 that day cause I was faster on it then the 2020 350. 2nd place was an 09 yz250f. 3rd a 78 xr75. I now have a 19 350xcf and it is moving up the list

I’m old so many of you might not know what the hell I’m talking about. I started racing in the early 70’s and you could go buy a new bike each year as soon as they came out by working part time after school bussing tables or washing dishes. In 1975 I bought a Bultaco 250 Pursang.

It weighed 192ibs and had the most amazing easy to ride motor of anything I ever owned. Tons of torque. I’d miss a shift and still get the holeshot. Speaking of missing shifts. The tranny was horrible but the rest of the bike made up for it. My favorite rider at the time was Kenny Zahrt and he was a big influence on my reason to go with the Bultaco.

The next favorite was a 1978 Kawasaki KX125 A4. They only made 2,000 that year so I’d go to the races and be the only green bike on the line. It was fast, lightweight and had decent handling. Best of all it was very unique

Been riding since the mid 70’s & have been fortunate to have owned many dirt bikes. My favorite so far has been a well set up 03 CR250r. It’s the complete package with the best 250 2t engine, chassis & suspension combo..

I had one and my YZ and KTM 250 2 strokes both have way better motors, the YZ has way better suspension and chassis too IMO. The 03 CR didn’t hold a candle to either for me

Always thought that YZ125s were the best bikes for me. My 97 (first one) felt so much better than my friends' 125s of other brands, back then. And it always stayed that way with the models after. That bike always feels like home to me. I have bought and sold a few as an adult, for a 2nd bike. Bought another last year and told myself that I'll just hang on to this one. So in short, all of my YZ125s but currently my '19.
