No one posted this yet? This one has had almost as long legs as the scan Bobby did of Magoo. It was one of the 1st scans i ever did when i got a scanner.

I was scrolling through here and ready to post it if it didn't come up. So much cool in that photo. The Emig photo and Magoo launching one handed from gravity cavity have as much passion in them as any pic I have ever seen.

I think the black and white graininess makes it feel like an old war photo.

I would have to say this is one of the truly iconic shots (complete with icon) in the history of MX. Burnicle shot, right?

Going Belgian for my next choice with my favorite rider as a kid. Always thought he was the original mx badass and thought of Decoster as a young upstart whippersnapper compared to Robert.

Wow. Never saw this pic before. Same 351 Cleveland Mach1 minus the black hood that was my mothers car when I first got my license. No wonder I liked Robert so much.

This is Mickey Kessler winning the 500cc support class at the Unadilla 250cc USGP in 1986. Love the natural terrain layout behind him. Anybody know who's behind him, Ron Dunfee maybe?

Yes, TG130, that's King Curtis in my avatar. When he passed I added it as a tribute to one of the best showmen of all time.

Here's the Bomber doing his thing:

This happened well before I was born but every friggin time someone talks about riding WFO and feet hanging off (they used to love to talk about it with Ricky) I just envision this photo.

Terry, do you remember that shot of Marty dragging his bars on a full page shot in a 1976 issue of MXA's "Champions" issue? I still have the magazine in a box in the garage. Same issue had a great shot of Howerton reaming a corner.

I've always like this pic of Pastranana jumping over Stephane Roncada at the 2000 Motocross Des Nations. Pastrana is one gnarly dude!
