So cool! I'm in the insurance world and it's getting increasingly more difficult to insure short term rentals/airbnb's (think how people treat rental cars....). Can't even fathom how that place is covered for liability. I have a track at my house and that's a bit of a grey area enough, but throw a bad ass mx track at a vacation rental! That said..... Sign me up! Laughing

My wife sent me that last night; I'm trying to plan a little vacation there with my buddies next winter. Ideally time it so it lines up with the Florida GNCC.

Have you Google Mapp'ed it yet?

Just be careful of escaped moneys terrorizing the house at night.

I showed my wife a couple nights ago. She said she's down as long as she can ride her quad around the track. No need to worry about her tearing the place up, she barely gets above idle. lol

Two different places. The Airbnb is only the back property with the two tracks.

I did and it's an hour and a half from my farm which is an hour from my house. It's right off the road I take to surf Fort Pierce or Sebastian. Which is the same road Okeechobee old Thundercross is off of about ten minutes away so you could ride there too on your stay.

Riverton used to have a really fun AX type track at the fairgrounds, I have ridden around there a fair bit. In fact, spending 4th of July weekend shredding the dunes that run into Seminoe reservoir. Bikes, boats, beer and some other b words, all American weekend!
