There was a dude at the Camp Coker GNCC a.m. race on a Honda Africa Twin. No idea how he did with it, but was crazy to see that bike on the line.

Watching his videos it's quite amazing what riders of his level can do on those things.

Catching up on the Romaniacs, seeing Pol on it , well, I do hope Pol doesn't get squished / torn apart by that thing. So Much weight to clobber you, or take your Arm, Leg or Head off........

I've warbled on about wanting to see a return of the "Jumbo" class in World Enduros, for a fair few years now, like we saw with the BMs and Z650 twin engined bikes, and the 700+cc Maicos, way, way back in the 70s and early 80s. With all of these 650 - 700, 790 - 890 twins out there that manufacturers have, if put into a real , Dirt Bike frame with real suspension, they would be quite the thing.

The Mighty, Giant of a Man, Herbert Schek, going for it on a BMW:

So that’s where Honda’s inspiration for dual pipes came from.

Because someone was in some movies they should be given a pass on being a shitty person? I'm all for canceling that! And don't feel sorry for me, my son and I are on a riding trip across 3 states so life is all good here.
