I can’t get the power tuner app to show up on my WiFi list. All the manual says to do is hit the start button again but that doesn’t do anything. It was working fine until my battery went bad and since I replaced it I can’t remember if it connected at first or not it’s been a month or so, but for the last 3 weeks I haven’t been able to get it to appear on my wifi list. Has anyone else had this happen? I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling, and unplugging the coupler.

Mine shows up in the wifi list about 10 seconds or so after I hit the start button. Then i connect and then open up the Yamaha app.

This doesnt sound like the app is the issue though but rather the bikes wifi module. I dont know what time zone you're in but maybe give a call to a Yamaha shop in California since they probably have some open still.

I don't have one of these fancy bikes, but is it possibly a Bluetooth connection and not wifi?

Pull the cover and make sure the wifi module is still mounted correctly and the connector is still connected. There was a guy on thumpertalk that didn't get the module hanger put back on correctly after pulling it for the wifi password. His bounced around and one of the wires pulled out of the connector.

Hope you get it sorted out. This WiFi tuning using a free app is brilliant and I wish everyone offered it.

When I bought my bike we couldn't get it to show up on my phone. They took it in the back and realized it never got connected during assembly. Plugged it in and then worked fine. I'm guessing something disconnected inside the bike on yours

You can try turning off your Cell connection whilst using the wifi tuner app.

Well, at least that's how I have to do it on my Pixel 3.
