It is a 2 stroke, 347 cc monster. Churning out about 30.5 horse power at 32.3 NM. Could easily do 170 kmph. This bike at that time was what duke 390 is today.
This bike could not see the light of success as firstly it was way too fast for people to control and it had a very poor fuel economy. The audience at that time were very fuel sensitive. This bike was so scaringly fast that people thought RD stood for rapid death.
I rode this bike around 6 years for the first and last time. Have been madly in love with this bike since then. Loved the shreiking sound, the pulsating pickup, the proudy chromes, the cute dual speedometeres, the retro round headlamps and the long comfy ass dweller. This bike will give you orgasm.

Great bike. Rode one for a year or so, I think summer of 76, best handling street bike then. Good power, great brakes,
light, rock steady in the turns.
You got a 2 stroke, legal, for the street!

RD = Road
DT = Dirt
