Peelout, I stopped watching GoT half way through the 3rd season myself, I just found myself becoming less interested in it as it went along. BB is on another level though, well worth a watch considering I avoided it at first due to the popularity.
GoT's season 4 is by far the best season yet and I highly recommend for you and Peelout to watch it!
Can't wait for S05.

Ps. BB and Got are my top 2 series of all time. Firefly and The Shield are having a fight for a third place.

Oh sorry Todd ...I missed the post above..Just read the one I quoted.

I think Mike is still reeling from his Police job in Philly (Where the wife gets killed) and moves to NM to get his head straight.

I see where Saul says to Walt " I know a guy that knows a guys" when Walt was looking for another distributor after Tuco gets killed.

That guy being Saul knowing Mike knowing Guss. And Ya, be interesting to see how Guss and Mike hook up.

Sorry if that didn't make any sense..Blink

This is why I'm avoiding the series until at least a handful of episodes in! I knew that would happen Grinning

As I started watching last night I'm sitting there like "Wtf did I miss an episode?" I like the flashbacks but It can get confusing. I'm really looking forward to seeing how things play out here.

Guess we see how Saul got his big break in being a lawyer, The embezzling couple now have to rely on Saul to get them out of the jam their in. Then keep Nacho from killing him.

Looks to me like the wife is the brains behind it all...Husband and kids are along for the ride. My guess is that She puts all the blame on him when the Piper comes a callin and gets off.

Been noticing something common with these episodes from BB and this one.
Whenever the character is in a very desperate bind they do an overhead shot of cross bars or cross wires or something crossing to (I think) represent being trapped.
In BB last seen with Walt is was the overhead shot of all the criss crossing pipes. In an early seen with Saul it was the overhead shot of him in his little office looking threw the ceiling tile frames. and while Saul was in desperate mode calling Nacho it was the overhead electric wires shot. This is Gilligans brilliance in representing desperation.
Watch upcoming shows and see if it occurs again and if so, in what situation is the character in.

Haaa, Wife is always saying "Do you even watch the movie or just look for odd shit?"

Of course I watch the flik but shit like that stands out, odd camera angles to repetitive same shots and reasons why shit would never happen.......thats another thread..LOL

I expect BCS to be better than BB if thats possible.
I mean they now know what the audience liked (From BCool and can get away with on TV, they're going to bring it a bit further I suspect.
I Like the way their bringing Mike along and see how he gets tired of the shanty and gets hooked up in Bodyguard shiz.

Seems he has an affliction with electromagnetic radiation...a lot of people think electromagnetic radiation causes Cancer and many ailments the mind conjures up.
Not sure if this is whats really happening in the Movie but this is what I perceive to be his problem.

He does know Jimmy's past thou, I think this will help him snap out of it.

Really didn't think He would take the bribe money though..wonder whats keeping Nacho from snapping his legs?
Moved a little slow this week

I watched the first 2 episodes on AMC dot com. One of the bad things about Google Fiber is they don't have AMC in their lineup. So I wont be able to watch the entire season until it's over and on Netflix.
The first episode was slow, but it's setting the stage.
Second episode was bad ass, and again, setting things up for later craziness I'm sure.

Very much looking forward to this season, so I'll stay out of this thread! Smile

Is this a continuing show that needs to be watched every week to follow?

Yeah, it is. But it's only on the 5th episode so it will be easy to catch up.

Looking forward to watching this series at some point, but at the moment my girlfriend and I are addicted to 'Suits'. Anyone watch these series? We're half way through season two at the moment.

This is truth... the best episode of BCS yet, and as good as the very best of Breaking Bad. Fuck'n Epic!

Also epic- Jonathan Banks's acting in the Five-O episode. Absolutely masterful. The single best acting performance I've perhaps ever seen, on tv or film.

the episode that explained Big Mike's past was epic! When he explained how he "broke" his son I totally sympathized with everything he had done.
Vince Gilligan is a Picasso of the video world. Brilliant man.
