Only $10 for all 2024 SX, MX, and SMX series (regularly $30).
I also saw some payout numbers on Matt Hoffman's site (or a site related to his company) and BMX was $50.000 to the winner.

I think Dave Mirra has the record for most Gold Medals at X with 15. Thats a pretty good chunk of change, but i doubt its always been that big of a payday.

You know how much that Adaptive Moto X guy got for his gold? $000,000.00
I had a great time though and have never been treated with so much respect from a promoter as I have with ESPN X Games. I'm including big time sports car racing such as Grand Am (Rolex Series.)
I think letters to espn about how well the Adaptive Moto X was appreciated is what will make the difference!

Very cool man.
I know for most of the Skate/BMX events it's been $50k to the winner for a few years now, but they also have less participants to payout. With Moto, i think everyone in the final gets paid which i think was 12 riders? So $40k to the winner may be correct.
i've read a couple of threads on here (JG injury thread and Sleeters thread) and a few people have stated that the X Games isnt a big deal and it's a one off race. Could not be further from the truth. In addition to the good paydays and top notch treatment of the athletes, many of these guys do make a living off X Games and the sponsorships from the massive exposure. Chuck Carothers took full advantage of his success a few years back and i know it helped pay for his big riding compound and ranch in Texas. Same for kyle Loza. both were un-knowns coming into XG and used the media hype and coverage to land some bigtime and well paying sponsors.
