Since there hasn't been a post about it yet, the edit's are up for X Games Real Moto this year! It was ridiculously cool and an honor to be able to film Cody Webb's part and have our own unique take on the competition all while going up against a bunch of really gnarly athletes. It's just really cool to see all the different takes on the contest and how big everyone went. We tried to stay true to Cody and his insane technical abilities and skillset, and honestly more than anything we just enjoyed the adventure. We van camped at 8,200 feet in the middle of the forest, packed in all our camera gear on our bikes for each shot, and just got to enjoy the experience and process of being an underdog. It was an experience I'll personally never forget! Not asking for a vote, just the eyeballs on the contest itself so that more people down the road get to experience the things that I'm lucky to say I now have. Yeah his video was awesome and well done, my first vote went to Raha for that insanely long first jump.
If anyone doesent know, you can vote once a day so if you have 2 favourites, just vote for them every other day and they both get the same amount up til the 20th of september

They are all really solid. Hill or Raha might be my favorites by a small margin

Hill's was good! I've only watched his and Vicki's so far, but his opening on the Alta was missing something. He was FLYING through those trees and all, but having no motor really took something away from it IMO. Had he been on his 250f or 450, I think it would have made it way better.

Raha is the clear winner IMO.

Hill didn't follow up with his typical gnarliness. But that isn't to say he wasn't still gnarly.

What did you guys think about Corey creeds part? Not sure how I feel about the action film vibe. It is unique though. Raha is my pick

Hill may not have the best vid, but seeing him ride the Alta in that skatepark is just nuts. It's amazing he gets enough traction on that polished concrete to send it as far as he does. Talented dude, for sure.

Jackson Strong’s video had the best editing in my opinion. Made it really fun to watch!

Man not a loser in the bunch. I enjoyed each of those a lot but the video that gave me that old school fun feel was Raha. Plus, what a jump to start that out! Jeeeeeze. I know he worked with Jay and that whole video gave me those On the Pipe feels.

Can we all just take a second to acknowledge the fact that Hill landed a backflip

Personally it was too much going on and not enough moto. It was a cool video but too much going on.

My favourite video was jackson strongs and the vibe behind it, although I feel like Raha's video showed more technical aspects of riding.

Jackson Strongs and Vicki Goldens were most likely my favourites from the lot.

Is there any reason riders like Twitch, Bereman and Hodges didn't place a video together, since they kind of specialise in this?

Jacko's was sick and has my vote. The tricks he pulled in that video was nuts.

Twitch is judging these days. Hodges and Bereman turned it down. It takes a lot of time to get a wide range of shots like Raha did, which is what it takes to win. X Games does give you some cash to pay the filter but to do it to the right level, you’re gonna go out of pocket and you’ll only get that money back or bonuses from a sponsor if you win.

I know with Covid, Bereman was saying he wish he would’ve signed up instead but before it all went down he had a very busy and solid schedule for the season lined up.

Yup pretty much. Although, I do think any of those dudes, including Tom Parsons, Foster, etc. could totally win with just a natural terrain edit in a place like Cainville with enough days to shovel and shoot. But to your point, you're absolutely not renting equipment building jumps, let alone an entire freeride park for the budget given. An even then, you're still not going to have it shot and edited, a photographer, music licensing(which isn't cheap when airing on ESPN 2) etc. and pay everyone their usual day rate. Still, I'm glad to see ESPN at least feeding the moto industry money and apparently by all accounts they love the show and have no plans on canceling it anytime soon

Corey’s real job is being a stuntman. He is working for a show in Australia and doing some movies.
He is doing a bunch of movie jobs with Dan Reardon.
That’s why his version is a bit different than the other guys.
