Where ever they are, show us some pictures or video of your favorites. No debating bullshit, just pictures to get the juices flowing. Pics or it didn't happen.

Anyone got some photos of Namur? That is one of my all time favorite tracks. There's a pic of 01 GP Reedy belting down the cobblestones that is way cool.

to anybody - when is natural no longer natural ? soon as a lip is shaped? waves shaped? etc
To me though the criteria is: any track that doesn't require an artificial influence to be challenging or install character. Lommel is flat and featureless, and as a hard-pack track it would need excessive help with man made obstacles. As it is, whether it has jumps or a wave section, or nothing at all - the extreme nature of the terrain is totally natural and inherently difficult all on its own.
I think the ideal track should combine modern jumps/obstacles with naturally undulating terrain - in it's prime Foxhill was the perfect blend really. But first and foremost the fundamental aspect should be the undulation, Racing motorcycles over a rugged and challenging natural landscape is the sole purpose of racing motocross in my opinion. Otherwise its basically Supercross which is entirely artificially created and can be transported wherever you like.
Conondale QLD Australia
Apart from the Citadelle, one or maybe two jumps were handmade and 99% of the, dropoffs and jumps were natural.
not sure how to quote 2 posts.: Jamma and Motocross 83, fair points and I agree. Holes, elevation changes and ruts make it for for me - we need jumps etc but some jsut seem to dilute tracks with a set take off and landing area and that is a shame.
I often wonder what I would do with the diggers instead - it would be nice to see chasms (turn jumps upside down) in place of some jumps, that way there could be rider separation on entry and exit rather than simply pinning it to clear it, I suppose that brings with it it's own H&S issues......so what...then again I suppose that also is getting away from natural
Remember Trentham? Didn't that place get closed due to "noise"? FFS it is next the bloody M6 how can noise be a viable complaint
