Press release: "The stage is set for the FIM World Supercross Championships’ inaugural event in Cardiff, Wales at Principality Stadium on Saturday, October 8th. The WSX has been hard at work announcing its exclusive 10-team field, race format and structure, along with a laundry list of world-class riders. Today, WSX took another step in solidifying the inaugural “pilot” season of the FIM World Supercross Championship by announcing its all-star broadcast team, including Ralph Sheheen, Jeff Emig, and Kristen Beat.
Sheheen, long-time voice of Supercross in the states with over 30 years of experience, will host each FIM World Supercross Championship broadcast alongside his co-host and 1997 Supercross Champion, Jeff Emig. Emig will offer viewers an in-depth color commentary and technical analysis from his unique personal perspective as a former World Champion. He’ll be able to identify and clearly communicate technical idiosyncrasies and the psychology of racing like very few broadcasters are able to.
The final cog in the trio of WSX broadcasters is Trackside Reporter, Kristen Beat. An Emmy nominated Pit Reporter, Beat has background in NASCAR, Supercross, and American Flat Track making her an ideal candidate to jump into the pits and get all the real-time updates from teams, riders, and crew chiefs."

Kristen Beat....not so much.
I will say it if nobody else will..........
so, the team everybody bitched about that Feld replaced?
seems odd they bring in Australian/English announcers/pit reporters for the NATIONAL USA SX series, and Americans for the WORLD SX series
Emigs brief stint at the nationals had me grateful he’s gone from the AMA sx booth.
Sad to see the mysterious new series is just falling into old regimes

I don't dislike her as a person, it's cool she has moto background. I'm not going objectify her either like some do over her looks. Her interviews are cringe....the worst one was with Roczen.
Joseph Allen doesn't have great screen chemistry either.
Both of them along with Todd Harris made Raceday Live unwatchable....
And if they didn't - the Vital Brains trust aren't the type to know or care anyway.
-Ralph especially has an Eckman-esk nostalgia to his voice - and is polite and knows his shit (in some cases better than Weigant - who likes to pretend he was around the sport in the early 00's - when he wasn't)
Ralph's voice is actually great when the intensity is maxed out. Go back and imagine watching Atlanta 2011 with Leigh Diffy on the last lap. If Ralph screws up a few facts, no biggie. Kinda funny, actually, when it happens.
