Picked up a wireless hour meter from Outlaw Racing Products and it came with a mounting bracket. My only question is where would a good place be to mount it on a 2016 CRF250R? I had a wired one but the double face tape that it came with wasn’t very good and it fell off while riding and got lost/ran over. Any ideas are greatly appreciated. I included a pic so you can see what the bracket looks like.

That’s what I was thinking but wasn’t sure if it would pick up the engine vibration. I’ll probably try it there and move it if need be.

I would suggest mounting it directly to the side of your garbage can because that's where wireless hour meters belong. They are junk and do not work effectively.

From what I understand, the wireless meters can be a pain because they will pick up vibrations just from driving in the truck to the track. Just keep an eye on it. But I'm sure that mount is made for the tank bolt, much like the works connection mount.

I have used wireless units with out any issues. I mounted mine to the frame using pull ties by the id plate.

I’ve used the GET wireless one for 4 years just stuck to the frame on my bike without issue. I did make a ‘leash’ out of safety wire just in case it came loose but it never has.
