Winning the title if they let the races go uninterrupted.

Lots of talk about how it would feel like less of a win for Eli if they call it a season now, but what if they had let the season continue and let's say Eli got the virus and had to sit 2 or 3 races. Would that be even less of a win for Kenny? Or what if the top 5 in points got it and next thing you know Malcolm is in the points lead? Would he need an asterisk?
