Will Southwick determine which lites rider goes to MXdN?!

So lets say baggett goes out there and pulls 2 moto wins by 10 seconds again. What happens? Would they send baggett to race them in the sand. Or Barcia?

I thikit will

However according to a few different folks that Matthes has talked to the track for MXdN makes south wick look like a smooth freeway.

So we shall see.

Baggett is on a tear right now. But don't count out barcia just yet. He is a beast.

If Baggett really nails Southwick as he did RedBud then it makes sense to send him imo. But otherwise I would choose Justin Barcia. Southwick isn't as sandy as Lommel but ultimately that may not end up being an issue. It's still better for the Americans to send someone who likes the sand (regardless of how deep it is) vs someone that clearly doesn't.

Both Blake and Barcia are gonna end up going anyhow with Bubba out

In that case another option (if Blake ends up hating Southwick) and depending on how the next few GPs go - is Zach Osborne.

I would LOVE to ride Southwicik but I wouldn't enjoy riding Lommel much at all.

Thats not to say the Americans won't be fine in Belgium, they'll still be the team to beat.

IMHO, Baggett has been the fastest thus far this year and he has the points lead. He is the fastest 250f rider in the America. It should'nt matter what surface he is racing on, he deserves to go. He also has a year of MXDN under his belt already. Not bagging on barcia either. I think he should be the mx3 rider.

I think they are both going. Barcia on a 450.

it was a lot more fun when it went the other direction. Really isnt the same since the powers to be made them go in the other direction.....

Zach Osborne doesn't belong in the same sentence as Baggett and Barcia. Tomac would be sent long before Osborne.

Isn't it usually announced right before the 9th race of the year? If so, that means it's announced right before Southwick this year. With the circumstances, maybe they'll do it a week later.
