When will Jim figure out that there's no G in McElrath? Shane's been racing for a few years and Jim always miss pronounces his name, even when the other announcers do it correctly right beside him...

Not sure about the G. Didn’t hear that. I heard Mick-L-Wrath which I believe is how it’s supposed to be pronounced. Shane too polite to correct everyone else.
Could be worse. Art Eckman would totally get the names wrong. "And there goes Mark LaRocco on that Suzuki machine!"

It's a capital E, not R. As in McElrath not MacelRath. Just like McDonald, not MacdonaLd. Just saying

Maybe Troy could do up an angry Mackerel fish character for the back of his helmet or pants

But you can't spell Holley's name right!! Oh the irony!
More than likely Jean-Sébastien Roy.
I've heard John Sebastian Roy and also John Sebastian Raw.
One thing is for sure Supercross paid a shit ton better in the early 2000's. According to the following clip JSR made over 6K to win a semi race.
Check out the pass for the lead.

No. That's how to pronounce Macelrath. With no capital E after Mac which would be as you say. The capital E denotes the second part of the name. Like in McDonald. You want go to Scotland and find a Macelrath. I till yee noooow.
Just like it isn't Jeremy McgRath

I spelled Holley wrong just so you guys would have something to "BITCH" about!
I’ve seen it all...
From dudes bitching about the Monster girls to intenrnet grammar nazis to how Jim HOLLEY says New-Mac’s name. That’s right: He’s The New Mac.
Nobody ever told me, I found out for myself. You've got to believe in foolish miracles. It's not how you play the game, it's if you win or lose. You can choose. Don't confuse. Win or lose. It's up to you!
