Why would a sponsor?

Why would feld, monster Red Bull or whoever not want free videos and race replays all over you tube without exception to promote the sponsors more?

Because you never know what some pinhead is gonna post that could make the brand look bad,example the wheelie boys or Ronnie Mac some may like their stuff but most probably wouldn't and these companies spend millions on the advertising that they feels represents the brand.

It’s more that NBC doesn’t want content they own being given away.

Sponsors want to control their message, but they want as many impressions as possible.
