Seems like people throwing him under the bus a lot lately. You got to remember he is injured and not cleared for riding.
Great interview on homepage. Thanks Guyb.

You just have to consider the source.
The Shop
I do think that a lot of fans of his were turned off by the show, but, realistically,
knowing how TV production can skew reality and ideas around an office table
don't necessarily turn into success - um yeah, we just want to see the young man
race again, he's a motorcycle racer ferchrisakes, nothing more, nothing less.
And, truth be told, when Bubba's on his game, nobody on two-wheels can
match his speed, nor his spectacular kamikaze style.
Heal up James and impress us again on the track, that's all we ask.
The shoulda, coulda woulda, is irrelevant until he gets back on the bike and is racing again. JMO>
Pit Row
Me thinky by season seven (7) the characters will evolve and some angry neighbors
will join the medley - allowing a spicy premise to develop with a corp of "family"
activities that blend the mundane in with the routine, somehow transporting
the viewer into a melodramatic sauna of vivid awkwardness - that reminds one
of the delicate beauty of hammering cocktails.
* (James, just get back on the flippin' bike)
