This has been happening to me for weeks, even though all the other sites are lightning fast and my cache is clear.

My ISP isn't slow either:

Vital loads slow on 5G for me also....

Been slow for me ever since I joined a year ago. I appreciate the forum being here at all and I know it's more complicated than to just say "fix it" but the site has a performance problem. So does TT as well.

It feels like it's running on a spinning disk host and needs to upgrade to all SSD or a decent cloud provider.

Been off and on slow as hell for months for me. Pick a different website, back to being fast.

Depends on how much traffic the site gets it seems. During and after SX races. This site is ungodly slow. I reckon it just doesn't have the bandwidth.

This has been an ongoing issue for a long time. Vital is easily the slowest website I frequent.

It's been slow the last month or so for me. After ML said they made some changes several months ago it was back up to decent speed but has slowly gone downhill.

Not sure why they cant get it figured out, its not like the internet and websites are a new thing anymore. Vital/motodrive has always been behind the curve even back at its start, A1 would basically shut down the site every season and the forum would crash every Saturday night. Sad

Those things certainly aren't new, but there are ways server hosting companies have changed the way they sell the storage/data/bandwidth (and it's not cheaper).

I can only assume VitalMX purchases 'X' amount of bandwidth and have disabled auto-scaling (if their host supplies that). That would avoid a really big bill at the end of the month, but that would also slow the site down during large traffic spikes.

It's worse than ever, no question. 404 and 500 errors all the time.

If this website was a 450, it would come last in the shootout.

Vital doesn't do itself any favors or its advertisers with the site being this slow. The ''skip ad'' button appears before the advert has managed to load.
