I don't get the whole nickname thing. It one thing if their parents gave em a nickname when they were young but the whole chupacabra thing is stupid. Same with people calling. Dungey dungbeetle. It's stupid so stop it. This is the most amateurish pro sport in the world.

They do the same thing in Road Racing. They gave Leon Haslam the nickname "pocket rocket" in WSBK. Man I would not want that nickname.

The Dunginator... For some reason I thought I heard that somewhere. How about Speedy Reedy. Seriously though the only cool nickname I can think of past or present is Doctor D.

I remember when everyone was trying to come up with a nickname for Villopoto. We saw how that worked out, everyone just calls him RV now. Laughing

It seems as if EVERYONE that works at the races has a nickname..... Riders managers mechanics etc. Always wondered why that is

What I want to know is why don't riders swap their motocross boots for moon boots?
