Smith needs a good year out of ANY of the 250 guys from both coasts IMO. He gets hurt or has a sub par season he’ll end up on a sub-tier team for 2022 and fade out. His time in 250’s is also up as well. We’ve been watching this guy for a long time now.
He's been around about the same time as Hampshire right?

Just checked, RJ Turned pro a year before Smith. He's got a year or 2 then he's in trouble I'd say.

People seem to forgot how close Smith came to winning the SX championship the year Osbourne took out Savatgy. he had it pretty much wrapped up if it wasn’t for that big crash at Vegas. Seems to have had injury after injury since then...

Yeah Smith is coming into this very underrated and he'll turn a few heads.

If someone other than J Mart or Cooper is going to win the title or at least challenge them then Smith is probably the most likely, based on what he has done in the past, but he probably hasn’t done a seasons worth of racing in the past 3 years since he almost won the title. I’m not sure that level is there anymore.

One thing is for sure though, this is going to be a much stronger coast than the East. There’s going to be more factory guys and the privateers behind them are going to be much stronger than in the East. A Mart, Marchbanks, Masterpool, Peters, Mumford etc. I’m really looking forward to this coast

Would love a slight outsider to take the title, h lawrence ,marchbanks or smith ....
But fastest is cooper
Cooper does that thing where he's strong early in the season then just seems to fade. Smith is a modern day Davalos. So much speed but hits the ground spectacularly on the reg. Marchbanks got his first taste last year and I think he's a good bet for being in the running.

Jmart has to be the favorite. Cooper will be who he has to get past to bring it home.

I'm thinking that Hunter might be able to surprise many people. The focus is on his brother, but the kid has skills and now he has a factory honda ride.

I'm thinking the older Lawrence brother is carrying a case of whoop ass and plans to use all the cans at some point in the series

Hopefully they all stay healthy, without a clear favorite it should make for some great racing.
